The annual NKG Light Up The Sky fly-in at Otterspool Promenade - 2103. Flying took place on a blustry and at times very wet Autumn day. For most of the day the sun managed to break through the clouds and gave us a very pleasant day. Then late afternoon the skies clouded up with mountains of dark and foreboding clouds and the heavens emptied it down. The wind threatened to rip kites apart for a while but it all blew over and everything was soon drying out again. Once it became dark various LED lit kites took to the air and the wind stayed with us to help us Light up the Sky.
